Dear WRWA Member,
You are invited to attend the 2020 Annual meeting of the Windham Regional Woodlands Association via Zoom on Thursday October 8, 2020, at 4pm. At this meeting we will approve the minutes from last year, vote on the budget for the upcoming year, vote to approve new members to the board, and conduct other business necessary for the upcoming year.
This meeting will be followed immediately by the quarterly meeting of the board of trustees which you are invited to attend as well.
The annual meeting requires at least ten percent of the membership to attend to make up a quorum, so I would urge you to attend if possible so we may conduct the necessary business. It shouldn’t take too long.
